meet your retreat leader: joh jarvis
Joh Jarvis has a background in journalism where she worked at the ABC for 23 years, she first found meditation highly beneficial in this high-stress environment. She trained as a Vedic Meditation teacher in 2014 and now teaches in New York, Adelaide, and Sydney. In 2021, she founded The Light Inside to teach meditation to incarcerated people, formerly incarcerated people, corrections officers, and corrections staff.

A single bed in a shared room of three or four beds in main house #2, with open plan living throughout, and an eclectic decorative style with sprawling undercover deck configured around an outdoor fireplace, lounge space and dining area overlooking the valley. Each room has shared access to two shared bathrooms, an additional separate toilet and separate shower. View accommodations.

A double bed in a spacious 5 mtr round bell tent adorned with cozy furnishings and snug beds. Each tent includes rugs and mats, real double bed with base (not a blow-up mattress). All fresh bedding including sheets, a doona and 2 pillows per person. Fluffy and soft decorative pillows and a throw. Bedside tables. Stools and chairs. Battery-operated light. These will be located by the main house nestled in nature on the sprawling lawn. Each tent has shared access to a shared bathroom with shower. View accommodations.
