truly understanding the 3 doshas in ayurveda & self-pulse technique

  • Bamarang Bush Retreat 145 Bamarang Road Bamarang, NSW, 2541 Australia (map)

If you have heard of ayurveda, you probably have heard of the three doshas: vata, pitta, kapha.

These are bio-energetic and elemental expressions of consciousness that permeate not only human biology, but the whole universe.

These three doshas have become a bit of a fashionable trend, and people can misuse them through over-complicating them in a rigid manner.

However, if you truly understand the doshas, you can recognise them in every moment in life, and utilise these laws of nature to bring harmony and balance to yourself and those around you.

You will also learn about self-pulse, a self-referral technique mechanism to understand yourself, and the doshas in your body mind, and beyond you.

Feeling your own pulse itself is therapy as it connects your physiology with the underlying source of consciousness. This immediately puts you in the present moment.

There are many methods of pulse diagnosis all over the world…

The good news is, the Pulse Diagnosis method that Dylan Smith teaches is one of the easiest and effective methods out there which is objective and logical.

This method was passed down by Dylan’s teachers, internationally renowned masters of Ayurveda and Pulse Diagnosis, the Raju family.

This healing art and science is a most refined, accurate and comprehensive diagnostic tool employed to figure out where any imbalance exists in the body, and what the nature of the imbalance is.

Pulse isn’t only for diagnosis…

Learning this method of the pulse also promotes you to develop super subtle sensory perception, which essentially enhances your overall approach to healing and relationships.

Dylan will initiate you into tools and practices for you to begin self-pulse. Then further lessons can develop over time if requested.

This can be done in a lecture or workshop setting for anyone, including children.

In this workshop, you will learn the foundations of the three doshas so that you can understand them in a more sophisticated and complete way.

This greater and more elaborate understanding of the 5 elements and 3 doshas grants you greater capacity to live life with these three elemental laws of nature with expanded richness.

Length: 3 hours
Cost: $54
